Last Minute Packing
I’m trying to finish up the last bit of packing. I’ve got everything that I want to take with me, now its just a matter of jumping up and down on top of the suitcases to get everything to fit.
Hopefully, I’ll get a chance to do a little blogging on the road and maybe post a few pictures. After that I will be recovering from major jet lag and getting oriented so please be patient about seeing anything new for a day or two.
See you soon from Japan!

Geez, you gonna update or WHAT? It’s the tenth already!
You want updates? Boy are you going to get them!
For those of you future JSAPers –
I’d like to share a few thoughts about packing as you madly throw last-minute items into your suitcase.
1. Leave the shoes. Take one pair of dress shoes and one pair of sneakers; that’s all you’ll need.
2. Bring scissors! I can’t tell you how many times we needed those.
3. Ditch the blanket (even though Stapp’s packing list says to bring one), but bring a little pillow for the plane.
4. The essentials: Band-aids, sunscreen, Tylenol, and safety pins.
5. Bring toilet paper or pocket packs of Kleenex for the public bathrooms – it’ll come in handy, trust me!
